Biography

Dr. Aniruddha Singh Kushwaha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering IIT-Indore. His research interest is in computer networks focusing on network programmability, Software-Defined-Networking (SDN) and application of AI/ML in networking.

Before joining IIT-Indore, He worked as a senior research scientist in Gigabit Networking Laboratory(GNL) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. He did his Ph.D. from IIT-Bombay in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Ashwin Gumaste. He was awarded with Excellence in Ph.D. Research (Best thesis award) for his thesis titled “Novel SDN Architectures for Datacenters and WANs: Theory and Practice”. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Google India PhD Fellowship-2016.
